We purchased the 5 acre site of the old bus station at Shrub hill (Shrub Place) on Leithwalk, Edinburgh. We have an exciting opportunity to create a showpiece on the blossoming Leith Landscape. Since purchase, in March 2005, we have been working with the our architects, Edinburgh Planning department, local people and various interested parties to produce a suitable design of residential, retail and commercial space less than one mile from Princes Street. We applied for planning permission in Sept 2005 and obtained permission in April 2006.

Our architects on this project are Broadway Malyan and Morgan McDonnell; the latter are dealing with some listed buildings within the site. SEE MORE at www.Shrubhill.com
