We achieved planning permission in April 2006 for our large site at the old bus station on Leith Walk - Shrubhill We acquired 8 acres for residential development at Portobello near Edinburgh in December 2005. We have also purchased a beautiful site at Coopersknowe near Galashiels in the Scottish Borders. We are going to develop detached and semi-detached houses here.
