The People

We are a small team, and like our homes, we differ significantly from most in our industry in both our background and our approach.

Our two principal directors are experienced property professionals – one a property lawyer and the other an architect.  We became involved in development because we love the business. Few things in life give as much satisfaction and joy to its owners as a new home, and creating new homes is something we find equally satisfying.

We are very much hands-on directors. We are involved in every stage of the construction process, from identifying sites and opportunities to securing planning consent, design and construction itself. We work closely with the architects, designers, planners, chartered surveyors and construction teams who together turn ideas into reality. This produces better value for our homebuyers, because every aspect of their home has been carefully considered and deliberated over by a team of experts dedicated to the ideal of making things as good as they possibly can be within the allocated budget.

It’s a different way of doing things, but it works – for us and our customers.
